Based in the Isle of Wight and Southern Counties, Alison Parsons-Smith specialises in animal and pet portraits, fine art prints, still life for interiors and a line of greeting cards. All commissions are normally supplied framed and printed on the highest quality photographic or fine art papers using durable pigmented inks. With a background in art Alison qualified as a restorer of antique ceramics at West Dean College, Sussex, following which she ran a successful business before moving to the IOW where she trained as a photographer. Alison keeps her own ponies and has much experience in working around animals. In addition to private commissions, her work is exhibited and sold through retail outlets on the island.
